Hexagon Metrology has announced the appointment of a new sales and support office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The office will serve as a local showroom for the complete line of Hexagon Metrology products, as well as providing training, technical assistance, installation, repair and calibration services for Hexagon Metrology products sold in Argentina. Mrs. Maite Weingarten has been appointed the manager of the new office.

“Hexagon Metrology has always had a philosophy of providing local support in important manufacturing markets worldwide,” said Claudio Simão, General Manager of Hexagon Metrology South America. “Opening this office in Buenos Aires reflects the importance of the Argentinean market to our business in South America. After Brazil, Argentina is our second largest market in the region. As Mrs. Weingarten and the local team get started, the new office will continue to have the full support of the staff and resources from our regional headquarters in São Paulo.”
