GW Consultancy At 3D Squared
G.W. Consultancy, a German company offering an advisory service to users of additive manufacturing, has signed a partnership agreement with At 3D-Squared in a bid to strengthen its presence in Europe.
The two companies will offer each other technical support across all European territories, and share the objective to advance additive manufacturing to ‘the next level.’
With around 30 years’ experience of additive manufacturing technology, At 3D-Squared offers 3D printing, metal plating, and consultancy services. The company also provides a service in which legacy SLA machines that still function are revamped and modernised.
Its newest partner, G.W. Consultancy, meanwhile, specialises in carbon composite production, additive manufacturing, ‘kaizen’, and offers extended consultancy services to the research and development of customer projects. The company also offers a benchmarking service with Somos PerFORM Reflect and Somos Next with an in-house ViperSi2 SLA machine.
“I have been working on projects with Gerard for several years now and the opportunity to work more closely through this partnership is an exciting prospect for our companies,” Andrew Allshorn, CEO and Technical Director, At 3D-Squared, and Global Ambassador for AMUG. “Gerard and I have the same, huge passion for the AM industry and I am looking forward to pushing the boundaries of our industry together.”
“I am proud to work so closely with At 3D-Squared and to be involved with Andrew who provides such a great portfolio to the AM industry,” added Gerard Winstanley, of G.W. Consultancy. “His years of experience, including his global presence as ambassador to AMUG, will only help in developing my clients further and understanding the technology to fit their applications better.”
