3D-Print & Scanning Roadshow to stop at venue near you.
3D printing is going out on the open road in a bid bring cutting edge technology to nine locations across the UK.
Kicking off yesterday in Cheadle, the 3D-Print and Scanning Roadshow 2015 is being hosted by Tri-Tech 3D, Central Scanning and Steinbichler UK to demonstrate the demand and flexibility in the industry for high quality 3D imaging and 3D printing technology.
The morning events consist of live demonstrations of the technology and will give visitors the chance to get up close and personal with equipment from some of the industry's biggest names and discover how their businesses could benefit.
The event is completely free to attend and attendees will have access to free giveaways along with the chance to win their own 3D printed head and shoulders model.
The roadshow is set to visit Nottingham (6th March), Milton Keynes (13th April), Leeds (8th May), Glasgow (11th June), Solihull (7th September), Reading (19th October), Bristol (2nd November) and London (11th December).
Central Scanning owner Nick Godfrey commented: "This joint venture allows us to demonstrate the flexibility and presence in the market for high quality 3D scanning and 3D printing. In a world where new barriers are broken every day, 3D scanning and printing is still a ‘dark art’ for many. We’re looking forward to showing a number of different business owners/employees in a range of different industries how 3D scanning/printing can improve the way they work."
