3DXTech, a manufacturer of 3D printing materials and parts, has signed a distribution agreement with M. Holland Company, a reseller of thermoplastic resins.
The deal will give M. Holland’s industrial manufacturing clients access to an expanded team of commercial and technical support resources and an additional 24 materials. These materials include carbon fibre grades, electrostatic discharge-safe products, as well as materials with fire-retardant capabilities.
It represents the latest development in M. Holland’s increased interest in 3D printing. The company deals with 25 different suppliers, of which two distribute 3D printing products through M. Holland. The first, Owens Corning, agreed a deal with the Illinois-based firm earlier this year to sell its XStrand line of products, and the second is 3DXTech, who will see its carbon fibre-reinforced, PEEK, polycarbonate, and ULTEM materials distributed through M. Holland’s network. In addition, the company has invested in new 3D printing capabilities at its R&D centre in Easton, Pennsylvania, and its dedicated 3D Printing Lab at its Northbrook headquarters.

3DXTECH’s CEO and Founder, Matt Howlett, added: “Our agreement with M.
