Zortrax 3D Printer
Zortrax 3D Printer
At formnext poweredby tct the industrial 3D printer was kings, machines attempting to outmuscle one another for space on the factory floor. But one desktop 3D printer stand stuck out for all of the right reasons, Polish machine manufacturer Zortrax's booth was sleek and efficient, a lot like its range of extrusion-based 3D printers.
it is therefore something of a coup for Uk-based Hawk 3D Proto to add Zortrax to its ever-growing supplies a wide range of 3D printing products and services. Hawk 3D Proto has announced with delight that it is now offering the Zortrax M200.
As an official reseller for Zortrax, which has forged a strong reputation for building highly reliable, efficient machines so much so that it counts Dell as a repeat customer. The M200 is supplied fully assembled with a sturdy aluminum frame, and is capable of printing straight out of the box with very little setup — a fact testified to by the high volume of reviews by users.
The M200 3D printer features a respectable 200 x 200 x 180 mm build area together with an automated platform levelling system and a perforated build platform to minimize warping of printed parts. With the capability of printing in a range of materials, which include Z-ABS, Z-ULTRAT, Z-HIPS, Z-PETG, Z-GLASS and Z-PCABS, the M200 can print in minimum layer thicknesses of 90 microns and achieve excellent dimensional accuracy of printed parts.
Zortrax M200 3D printers will be a permanent feature within Hawk 3D Proto’s dedicated showroom and training facility in Yorkshire. This high-grade facility provides a hands-on information and test centre for clients, potential clients and indeed anyone curious about 3D printing to engage with the technology and understand at first hand the benefits that it offers. With teaching and training facilities the 2500 square foot showroom is one of the unique ways that Hawk 3D Proto engages with its clients and undertakes positive but realistic outreach activities with a much wider audience by offering professional demonstrations of 3D printing with a personal touch.
Hawk 3D Proto’s distribution channels are an essential division of the business, supplemented by a broad range of high quality 3D printing filament materials from a number of respected manufacturers. Alongside this, the company also offers professional bureau services to a large number of clients from many different industrial sectors. This comprehensive and cohesive approach has seen Hawk 3D Proto grow into one of the UK’s leading, independent 3D printing companies.
