Raise3D and Additive Manufacturing Technologies have partnered to combine their respective RMS220 SLS 3D printing and post-processing technologies.
The collaboration, they say, will enable businesses to produce functional, end-use parts with high-quality surface finishes more efficiently.
As part of the agreement, Raise3D will offer AMT solutions to its clients in Europe, featuring preconfigured systems optimised for seamless compatibility with Raise3D powders. The partnership initially focuses on AMT’s vapour smoothing technologies, including the established SFX system and the upcoming SF2X, which is scheduled for shipping in June 2026. The SF2X offers enhanced capacity for processing larger builds, while its biodegradable finishing agent supports environmentally responsible disposal.
“Our partnership with Additive Manufacturing Technologies (AMT) completes our additive manufacturing workflow with advanced post-processing capabilities,” said Fernando Hernandez, SLS Product Marketing Manager - Europe at Raise3D. “AMT’s powerful yet user-friendly systems deliver industry-leading surface finishing and perfectly complement the large build volume of our RMS220. This collaboration represents another step toward our goal of delivering a complete, end-to-end additive manufacturing solution.”
“Our partnership with Raise3D is about empowering businesses to manufacture real, functional end-use parts without the traditional cost and complexity,” said Giorgio Ioannides, VP Sales & Marketing at AMT. “The combination of Raise3D’s accessible SLS technology and AMT’s PostPro SF2X vapour smoothing creates a plug-and-play production cell that delivers professional results at a fraction of the investment previously required. This is additive manufacturing for real-world applications, made simple.”
