Additive manufacturing knowledge hub Complete AM is to install a Carmel 1400M metal additive manufacturing system and serve as XJet's full-service channel partner for both metal and ceramic solutions in North America.
Co-founded by industry veterans Rory Jackson and Charlie Christensen Phillips, Complete AM boasts over 50 years of combined industry experience and has assembled a team of 'seasoned mechanical and electronic engineers' with deep machine manufacturing expertise. The company specialises in 'future-proofing equipment and building robust production workflows', while providing machine and component sales, project consultation, and material development insights to its customers.
The adoption of XJet's NanoParticle Jetting technology supplements Complete AM's existing knowledge of FDM, SLA, DLP, LCD, Binder Jetting, LPBF, and SLS technologies.
“Complete AM was founded on the principle of bridging the gap between impressive technology and the long-term support customers actually need,” said Rory Jackson, CEO of Complete AM. “The Carmel 1400M represents the pinnacle of NPJ technology, and we are excited to not only utilise this system for our bureau services but to champion XJet’s expansion in North America by providing the hands-on engineering expertise and reliable service the industry demands.”
