Conflux Technology has named its new CEO.
The change, which came into effect on November 7th, sees former Chief Commercial Officer Dan Woodford taking over the reigns from founder and CEO Michael Fuller, who has now transitioned to the role of Executive Chairman.
The Australian company, which specialises in developing advanced heat exchangers using metal additive manufacturing, said the move 'advances Conflux’s growth strategy in scaling global markets' while enabling faster production for customers.
“Elevating Dan Woodford to CEO builds on our international strategy and positions Conflux for its next phase of growth,” said Michael Fuller. “As Executive Chairman, I will continue to guide our long-term strategy and ensure continuity of our technical direction.”
In a press release, the company said Woodford had been responsible for driving 100% annual sales growth for three consecutive years in focus markets and led the establishment of Conflux’s UK operations.
“I’m excited and honoured to continue this journey with Conflux, as we move into its next phase of growth and pursue our mission to make a global impact through revolutionary thermal management,” said Dan Woodford, CEO. “We’ll expand our existing international footprint and boost product offerings that meet growing demand across high performance and electric automotive, next generation civil and defence aviation, and electronics and chip cooling markets.”
