Mova AtomForm launches AutoForm Palette 300 3D printing system

AI smart living brand MOVA AtomForm has introduced the AutoForm Palette 300 3D printing system, which is equipped with an automatic 12-nozzle swapping system.

The MOVA AtomForm brand was founded in 2023 by a team of hardware experts and 3D printing enthusiasts. AtomForm is dedicated to making the creative process 'faster, easier, and smarter for creators and makers.'

Among the AutoForm Palette 300's key features are support for up to 36 colours and 12 materials, a ReadyPrint feeding system that prepares the next filament in advance so the printer can transition between colours and materials with 'far less purging', and a smart positioning system that automatically identifies each nozzle's attributes to ensure the correct nozzle is used for every stage of the print. It harnesses fused filament fabrication technology.

The OmniElement automatic 12-nozzle swapping system, meanwhile, can switch between materials seamlessly while the print continues, keeping the workflow smooth and uninterrupted. Nozzle swaps are said to be 50% faster, and the system can reduce filament waste by up to 90% compared with traditional purge-based multi-material printing.

Other features include the RFD-6 filament management system, which integrates drying, storage and feeding into a single solution, and a pre-print full system check to confirm the chamber is clear and the correct build plate is installed. This is supplemented by real-time vibration compensation, nozzle pressure measurement, and print monitoring through the AutoForm App.

The use of FOC step-servo motors delivers precise motion control with real-time feedback and instant correction, allowing the system to reach speeds of up to 800 mm/s with acceleration up to 25,000 mm/s².

MOVA AtomForm unveiled the AutoForm Palette 300 at CES 2026 and has been exhibiting the system at TCT Asia this week.
