Stratasys has announced that its board, after consultation with its independent financial and legal advisors, has unanimously determined that the revised Nano partial tender offer is “misleading, illusory” and “undervalues" the company as a whole.

Nano Dimension increases Stratasys offer to $25 per share & says 3D Systems proposal is “misleading”

Nano Dimension has issued a statement detailing an increase to its special tender offer to Stratasys shareholders. The offer has been increased to $25 per share, which it says represents a 233% premium over the cash portion of the 3D Systems offer.

AIM3D successfully closes funding round ahead of ExAM 510 industrial 3D printer launch
