Eils joined the company as CEO in late 2025 as Spectroplast moved its headquarters from Zurich to Munich. Throughout our discussion, he explains what prompted the move to Munich, in what areas silicone 3D printing is opening up application opportunities, and the materials properties the company is looking to deliver for its customer base.
He also shares his vision for the company moving forward.
