On September 26th, three more industry pioneers will be inducted into the TCT Hall of Fame at the second TCT Awards ceremony.
Dr Carl Deckard; Prof Phil Dickens; Todd Grimm; Greg Morris; Prof Emanuel 'Ely' Sachs; and Graham Tromans were the nominated six by the TCT Expert Advisory Board. The public have now voted, the results are in... and in the coming weeks the lucky three will be announced one by one.
But before that happens, the TCT Magazine editorial team gathered round a microphone, sat ourselves on a collection of creaky office chairs, and discussed some interesting facts from the six nominees’ careers. We debate a couple of impressive foresights from back in the day, the rewards of taking risks on new technologies, and even a curious application of a Commodore 64 games console.
