In yet another mammoth product launch at EuroMold 2014, premium 3D printing solutions developer Prodways has unveiled a new line-up of 3D printing hardware and materials.

The new range of large scale machines includes no less than nine ProMakers. Based on two technologies the ProMakers have been developed around two series: the L series which utilises photosensitive liquid resins and the V series which uses composite materials.

Designed to allow Prodways to meet diverse market needs, ProMakers use the company’s proprietary MOVINGLight technology based on moving DLP and strong UVA LEDs to provide users with up to 10 times the speed of productivity in comparison with the current market standard and unparalleled resolution and precision.

This new range includes the ProMaker L5000 and L6000, more accessible machines with smaller production area, enabling Prodways to apply itself to more applications. Also unveiled was; the ProMaker L5000 D, ProMaker L6000 D, ProMaker L7000, ProMaker L7000 D, ProMaker L8000 and ProMaker D35, complete liquid photopolymer solutions for manufacturing. Finally the ProMaker V6000 has been designed for paste materials to manufacture composite parts for ceramic and metal 3D printing.

In addition to this, Prodways has also unveiled a range of premium materials called PLASTCure Materials in partnership with DeltaMed and CEA. The new range of 14 specific materials combined with a choice of new technology allows Prodways to provide the perfect machine-material solution for a vast range of client needs.

Last month Prodways signed a distribution agreement with DSM Somos who have developed a signature range of materials for Prodways DLP Mobile Machines. The first materials from the partnership, developed specifically for 365mm systems, also made their debut at EuroMold.
