Clément Moreau, CEO of Sculpteo, stopped by the TCT stand in the 3D Printing Marketplace at the 2015 International CES to talk to us about their new tool FinalProof.
FinalProof was borne of what people saw as a deception from CAD files to 3D printing, Sculpteo have developed the tool, which showcases exactly what a 3D print will look like.
Often, customers over-designed details of parts that were not able to be 3D printed but because the last image they saw of the 3D model was how they'd designed prints often became a disappointment.
Clement also revealed that increasingly they are finding more industrial customers coming to their 3D printing service in order to manufacture parts.
