Roboze, a leader in 3D printing polymers and composites for the aerospace, transportation, energy and medical industries has attracted many world-renowned investors to further accelerate its growth.
The 3D printed electronic specialist has described the deal as a “win-win for both organisations” that will see its 3D printers upgraded with GIS’s hardware and software products.
The acquisition is said to mark a “significant step” in the Australian additive manufacturing company’s ambitions to become a global company with bases now in Europe, the U.S and Australia.
The company says the move emboldens its belief in the “significance and future potential” AM holds as a “key supplementary production method in plastic processing.”
AMT intends to use the funds to facilitate the roll out of the new generation of its PostPro SF vapour surface finishing system, while also scaling the company’s commercial operations and further growing its IP portfolio.
