Hyperganic has announced the acquisition of fellow Munich-based software company DirectFEM for an undisclosed amount, incorporating advanced physical simulation capabilities into its Hyperganic Core platform.
The company says the partnership with Siemens’ IoT consultancy and solutions integration arm will support development at its new 90,square foot Applied Digital Manufacturing Center (ADMC).
The deal will see Markforged integrate Teton’s technology as an add-on to its own Eiger software solution to provide customers with a streamlined cloud-based workflow
