This acquisition expands voxeljet’s presence in the UK massively as the Essex-based company, Global TCT were previously well established in the market as a reliable, complete 3D scanning to 3D printing service. voxeljet famously 3D printed 1:3 replicas of James Bond’s Aston Martin DB5 to be used for stunts in the movie Skyfall.

The combination of Global TCT's profound market knowledge and the performance of our service centre, which is one of Europe's largest operations for the on-demand production of sand and plastic moulds, will provide voxeljet with an excellent position in the fast-growing British market.
