In the 2D printing world, one company who helped achieve the vast array of colour palettes we now come to expect is Adobe. Earlier last year Adobe announced their intentions to tackle the tricky business of designing in three dimensions by integrating it into the world’s favourite graphic design package, Photoshop.
Since the initial release on Creative Cloud, Adobe have released more features to the native 3D printing capabilities of Photoshop on almost a weekly basis. Colour is where a lot of their research is held and Mike Scrutton, Senior Product Development Manager for Adobe’s Print and Publishing Business Unit, gave a fascinating speech on how Adobe are testing colour 3D printing out at TCT Show + Personalize 2014.
