XYZprinting da Vinci Nano
XYZprinting consider this machine to be most suitable for first-time users who are space-constrained and on a budget.
Global 3D printer manufacturers, XYZprinting is set to debut a range of new products at CES 2017 this week.
Having previewed the products at CES’s Unveiled show on Tuesday, as well as presenting them at Pepcom on Wednesday, XYZprinting will showcase their capabilities to a greater audience at CES from Thursday through to Sunday. Attendees will be presented with the da Vinci Nano, the da Vinci Junior 2.0 Mix and the Nobel Superfine 3D printers. These technologies have been made to target the needs of those 3D printing at home, on the go, or at work.
Additionally, visitors to the XYZprinting booth will be able to view more than ten 3D printer models.
“XYZprinting envisions a world where parents, kids and professionals are able to easily access and create 3D-printed items to enhance home, work and play,” said Simon Shen, CEO of XYZprinting and New Kinpo Group. “We believe it is important to break down technological barriers of all kinds by offering easy-to-use devices that deliver innovative experiences at cost-effective prices.”
The da Vinci Nano machine is XYZprinting’s most compact 3D printer with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $229.95. XYZprinting consider this machine to be most suitable for first-time users who are space-constrained and on a budget. Offering a convenient, one-button printing process, portability and ample desk space, the da Vinci Nano will be available in the spring of 2017.
da Vinci Junior 2.0 Mix
The da Vinci Junior 2.0 Mix is a 3D printer which easily blends two PLA filaments of any colour.
Sibling machine, da Vinci Junior 2.0 Mix is a 3D printer which easily blends two PLA filaments of any colour. It uses the new dual-feed with the single extruder module to create a print that gradually changes colour. Available this month from around $449.95, the printer’s software allows users to experiment with different filament colour types and choose from ‘Multicolor Mode’ and ‘Mixer Mode’.
Meanwhile, the Nobel Superfine desktop 3D printer is designed to achieve superior printing results for users of all skills levels. The device uses a Direct Light Processing (DLP) projector to cure a photosensitive resin, equating to a print resolution that reaches 25 microns, making it XYZprinting’s fastest and most precise 3D printer. Available from spring 2017 at a MSRP of $2699.95, XYZprinting say the machine is ideal for the application of jewellery or prototypes.
As well as showcasing its 3D printing technologies, XYZprinting will also present robotics, fitness-oriented wearable devices and smart home health & beauty products. The move into these types of technologies is part of an effort to expand the company’s scope and improve its customers’ lives in a multitude of areas.
“At this year’s CES, we are broadening our product suite to not only include 3D printers for all parts of your life, but products that extend beyond 3D-printed technology – like ‘smart’ beauty products, wearables and robotics – to provide a broad a scope of products that enhance consumers’ daily lives,” added Shen.
XYZprinting will be presenting at Sand Halls A-D, Booth #42513 from Thursday 5th January to Sunday 8th January.
