Concept Laser LaserCUSING process
Concept Laser is to present its multi-laser technology and a new machine design in November at this year’s Euromold.
The company will demonstrate innovations in its patented LaserCUSING technology for the first time in Frankfurt alongside exciting innovations with regard to machine design.
"The developed and optimized system technology highlights our expertise and pioneering work in all fields of laser melting system technology," says Oliver Edelmann, Vice President Global Sales & Marketing at Concept Laser. "An optimized exposure strategy improves both the level of quality and the build rate."
LaserCUSING offers solutions in terms of speed and efficiency for product development in the jewellery, medical, aerospace, automotive and tooling industries. The method enables the production of complex component geometries without tools to create parts that are difficult or even impossible to achieve through traditional manufacturing methods.
LaserCUSING technology is ideal for aerospace development.
Developments in materials for the aviation and the medical industry will also be presented at the show. Many new developments have been made in this dynamic market environment in the past 12 months and these have been adapted for system technology.
Concept Laser promises major improvements in real-time monitoring for the purposes of quality assurance with "Inline Process Monitoring" being one of Concept Laser's strategic technological fields.
Edelmann adds: "We will be taking a giant stride where process monitoring is concerned. This will improve quality massively."
Euromold takes place between 25th – 28th November in in Frankfurt/Main.
