Leading additive manufacturing consultancy firm Econolyst has agreed to join Stratasys Services Group to help organisations better understand the value and increase adoption of additive manufacturing technologies.
Led by industry veteran Dr. Phil Reeves, the team will form the foundation of the new Stratasys Strategic Consulting Division created to complement Stratasys' other Services offerings and help customers to optimise 3D printing strategies.

The acquisition will strengthen the breadth and depth of Stratasys' Services expertise and capabilities by providing independent, expert consulting around 3D printing strategy development, innovation and implementation.
The Stratasys Services Group, led by Hanoch Magid, Executive Vice President, Services and Materials. includes: the Strategic Consulting Division led by Dr. Reeves; the Professional Services Division that helps customers optimise their Additive Manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities; and the Customer Support Division that provides support, maintenance and training to existing customers.
