Leading manufacturer and distributor of patented 3D rapid prototyping and manufacturing solutions EnvisionTEC is celebrating its 10th year as a TCT Show + Personalize exhibitor today (September 25th 2013).
The Michigan-headquartered company has built its reputation around its high-quality 3D printing solutions based on Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology from Texas Instruments and will be demonstrating its newest 3D printing technology for the best-selling ULTRA family of 3D printers, Scan, Spin and Selectively Photocure (3SP) to the European market for the first time.
3SP technology is an innovative solution for 3D printing, with the ability to produce highly accurate parts at a competitive cost that also maintain the great surface quality and material functionality EnvisionTEC is known for. This new breakthrough technology will be used to expand EnvisionTEC's offerings in the large-frame 3D printer market.
EnvisionTEC will also be showing visitors examples from its best-selling Perfactory, Perfactory Micro and Perfactory desktop 3D printer families. The Perfactory, EnvisionTEC's best-selling flagship 3D printer family, contains a wide range of solution-based models. With specific solutions geared towards the jewellery, dental and hearing aid markets, the Perfactory family also includes options that can be tailored to any use requiring high-resolution and excellent surface finish. First released in 2012, the Perfactory Micro is the smallest desktop 3D printer with the highest resolution. It is a low cost, easy maintenance and user-friendly system, designed for producing high quality models, for use by consumers and design professionals. Finally, the Perfactory desktop family provides a mid-range group of 3D printers with all of the features of the larger models in a desktop size for smaller companies and designers.
