The GOM 3D Metrology Conference 2015 is gearing up for a packed four-day event expected to attract more than 600 experts from the measurement technology, quality control and product development sectors.
Taking place on 21st-24th September in Braunschweig, Germany, the international conference organised by GOM, will cover topics on tolerance management, global supply chain management, automated metrology and component testing in the aerospace and automotive industries.
The conference will feature user presentations, live demonstrations and an accompanying exhibition to demonstrate how optical measuring systems shorten development cycles and improve production processes.
The regular event is hosted by GOM, a global industrial manufacturer that develops and produces optical measurement solutions and technologies for 3D coordinate measurement and deformation analysis. Optical measuring technology and full-field surface measurement systems have become standard tools within virtually all industries. GOM’s measurements systems provide invaluable data and results for quality control in modern product development and production process chains.
The optical measurement specialist has been hosting regular international conferences since 1998 providing industry experts from across the globe with valuable insight into the advantages of optical measurement solutions in reducing development times, enhancing process security and optimising procedures.
The conference is free to attend and will be held in English.
