During the four days of the event in Stockholm, Sweden from the 5th-8th June, more than 400 participants the conference had gathered. The participants could take part in various tutorials, workshops, as well as technical and commercial sessions. They could review the best of world-wide industrial innovations as well as state-of-the-art research and technology developments.
On the 6th June, the Networking Dinner took place in the Vasa Museum, an event sponsored by Hexagon Metrology. During the dinner, in the surrounding of the only preserved seventeeth-century ship in the world, Pelle Ohlsson, Managing Director of Hexagon Metrology Nordic gave a speech. He recalls: ''It was a great pleasure to take part in this unique event and present Hexagon Metrology in front of an audience of delegates representing the best in worldwide excellence in precision industries. I was very proud and satisfied to see how many people were interested in our technology.''
Visitors of the Hexagon Metrology booth and also participants of the Networking Dinner had a chance to see an amazing 3D model of their faces which had been generated using Leica Absolute Tracker AT901 with Leica T-Scan. Also the ROMER Absolute ARM and CE Johansson tools were presented.
