Laser Lines, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of laser technology and accessories, has made four new executive appointments for its Design Engineering division.
Jane Gibbons joins the company as Technical Sales Engineer to support its growing 3D printing operations. Jane brings with her, 10 years experience in additive manufacturing following previous roles for a 3D systems reseller, as a Design Studio Manager and Head of Client Services at a global design outsourcing and training company. She will report to Sales Director Mark Tyriania.
Jane will lead operations in London and the East Midlands, increasing sales year-on-year. Jane commented: “Laser Lines is supporting customers all over the UK to unlock the advantages additive manufacturing can bring to their business. It’s a really exciting time to join a team with such a rich heritage and expertise in 3D printing.”
Peter Smith will also join Laser Lines as Sales Engineer, taking on a similar role as Jane but covering the West Midlands, South Wales and Ireland. Peter will also report to Mark Tyriania. Following 10 years at Polish distributor Bibus Menos, Bart Mroz takes the role of Service Engineer, reporting to Terry James, Technical Support Manager.
Laser Lines has also appointed Daniel Curtis as an in-house Customer Services executive to support the Design Engineering division. Daniel joins Laser Lines from RS Components.

The new enhanced team structure in our Design Engineering division will really allow us to continue to build on the high levels of new innovation and developments both in-house and across the industry as a whole.”
