World's only paper-based 3D printing technology developer appoints COO. 

Irish 3D printing company Mcor Technologies, has today announced the appointment of Kevin Devlin as the company’s Chief Operations Officer.

The paper-based 3D printing pioneer has appointed a COO to accelerate the growth and adoption of the world’s only HD colour, paper 3D printers.

Kevin joins the company after 25 years in senior management positions in high-tech, high volume technology companies.  Most recently, he served as Chief Operations Officer at Tandberg Data, Norway, a leading global supplier of affordable, easy-to-use data protection solutions. He also worked as Managing Director of Pillar data systems (EMEA) from 2005 to 2007 and Quantum Corporation (EMEA) from 1994 to 2005. Devlin brings a diversified wealth of expertise to Mcor, including operations, worldwide sales, commercial strategy, process improvements, M&A, integration and business development.

Working closely with Mcor co-founder and CEO, Dr. Conor MacCormack, and other senior executives, Kevin has been tasked with the responsibility of growing and expanding Mcor’s manufacturing operations over the next 12 months as the company continues its rapid growth.

Mcor is currently celebrating its 10^th anniversary and recently expanded its global presence by opening a Boston-area U.S. headquarters at the Myles Standish Industrial Park in Taunton, Massachusetts. Mcor also doubled its employee base and increased its sales and distribution channel by 77-percent growth over the last 12 months. They also recently unveiled its latest technology, the Mcor IRIS HD 3D printer which provides 360° high-definition colour and reduced operating costs.
