Objet30 Pro Desktop 3D Printer
Objet Ltd will showcase the company's recently expanded range of over 100 3D printing materials at this year's TCT Live exhibition.
The innovation leader in 3D printing for rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing will also run their latest desktop addition, the versatile Objet30 Pro, live on stand P18. The Objet30 Pro Desktop Printer was recently launched to the market with a range of seven 3D printing materials including High Temperature and Clear Transparent materials.
Collcap Packaging Ltd,. an Objet customer creating innovative cosmetic, perfumery and personal care packaging, trialled the Objet30 Pro Desktop 3D Printer before its launch. Technical Manager Adam Smith experienced the benefits of the versatile 3D printer first-hand: ''we knew a desktop machine would meet our capacity requirements quite happily, but for the packaging work we do, we really wanted the range of materials that has previously only been available with bigger machines. The clear transparent material for instance is ideal for prototyping our bespoke fragrance bottles and other glass or clear plastic products, whilst the range of coloured rigid materials work perfectly for simulating plastic bottles, caps and fittings. The excellent surface finish and detail provided by the Objet30 Pro are also crucial so that our eye-catching designs look and feel as they're supposed to when we present them to our customers for approval.''
Eric Bredin, Objet European Marketing Director said: ''Once again, Objet will have new materials and technologies for visitors to explore at TCT Live.''
He then further added: ''Objet delivers the most valuable advancements for its customers in order for them to further develop the variety of 3D printing applications for rapid prototyping in fit, form and function testing. The recent addition of 39 new Digital Materials brought the Objet range of 3D printing materials to a record-breaking 107; and they can all be seen at TCT, from rigid to rubber-like, stand to ABS-like and from transparent to opaque.''
Objet will highlight the versatility of its 3D printing technology, machines and materials with some exceptionally realistic 3D models on stand P18 at TCT Live, Birmingham NEC from 25-26th September.
