PTC today announced PTC PLM Cloud, a new Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system designed to cater to the needs of small and midsize product companies and scheduled for launch in March.
This solution encapsulates the power of PTC Windchill, an effective PLM system, with a flexible, hosted subscription, delivered at a pace that matches the needs of SMBs.
PTC designed PTC PLM Cloud specifically to enable team collaboration and data management in the cloud and eliminate risks common in typical SMB methods of shared folders and file naming conventions, which can affect product development.
With more effective and reliable data sharing, this new cloud service offers effective and reliable data sharing meaning businesses are able to seamlessly deploy collaborative product development projects for teams in different locations.
