Quill Vogue Wash Station
2 of 2
The post processing of parts and models required for 3D printing is something that rarely gets much attention, but it is a key part of the process and causes delays and bottlenecks in the development and production of parts.
The Quill Vogue Wash Station has been designed to make it faster and easier to clean parts ready for use than ever before. The Quill Vogue Wash Station has recently been improved to enhance the user's experience with a quick release coupling for exchanging nozzles. This increases the flexibility of the wash station by allowing different power and different shaped jets of water to be used within the cleaning process, thus ensuring all support material is removed from your printed 3D objects, including from deep complex recessed areas and fine channels without damaging interfaces between different model materials.
The Quill Vogue team has also upgraded the internal wash chamber with the introduction of marine grade 316 stainless steel chosen for longevity, and it looks great with the circular polish finish too.
Quill Vogue Wash Stations have proved to be fast, quiet and successful in the removal of support material across many different sectors from engineering, F1, aerospace, manufacturing through to medical and education – to find out more about the complete range of 3D post processing solutions on offer from Quill Vogue visit their new website www.quillvogue.com.
