SLM 125 HL
Additive manufacturing and prototype production experts SLM Solutions will be at TCT Show + Personalize this week to showcase its selective laser melting systems.
The German company aims to demonstrate how the generative process accelerates and improves the processes in product development and manufacturing.
SLM Solutions' compact system SLM 125 HL produces quality metal components on the basis of 3D CAD data. The economical operating system is designed for R&D as well as the production of smaller workpieces using fine metal powder, stainless steel, tool steel, cobalt-chromium, nickel-based alloy, aluminum or titanium.
With its patented new bi-directional loader movement, the SLM 125 HL is becoming the fastest system in its class. Furthermore, the system offers a safe filter system and efficient protective gas consumption due to internal recirculation of inert gas at laminar flow.
The modular system is tried and tested and known for reliable and rapid manufacture of prototypes and production parts. The optimum part quality and efficiency is at the forefront of the industry. Through a variety of options and expandability, the system adapts to many different applications.
