Italian thermal spray solutions specialist, UnitedCoatings Group, together with its medical division, Eurocoating SpA, Surface Dynamics, NanoSurfaces Industries, Anteco and Eurocoating Medical Technology Wuxi, a leading global supplier of integrated contract manufacturing solutions to medical device OEMs, has announced it has acquired 100% of CoorsTek Medical LLC from CoorsTek LLC.
The purchase builds on a the company's acquisition of NanoSurfaces from CoorsTek Medical last year in a bid to create a "one stop shop" for medical additive manufacturing.
Based in Fort Worth, TX, CoorsTek Medical is a manufacturing partner for medical device providers worldwide. The company’s service offerings include casting and machining of a wide variety of implants and instruments combined with a full range of product development services to take products from concept to launch with OEM customers.
