EnvisionTEC, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of patented 3D rapid prototyping and manufacturing solutions, announced the settlement of the patent infringement lawsuit brought by 3D Systems, Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan at the end of 2005. "We are pleased to have resolved this matter amicably and look forward to continuing to develop and provide our customers with innovative and cost-effective rapid prototyping solutions," said EnvisionTEC CEO Al Siblani.
