Interspectral has appointed Jonas Hurtig as its new Chief Executive Officer following the departure of Isabelle Hachette.
Hachette is said to have resigned from the position she held from April 2022 and has left the company.
The Interspectral Board thanked Hachette for her contributions over the last four years, and recognised Hurtig’s ‘extensive experience’ as they elevate him to the CEO position. Hurtig has been working with Interspectral for two years and has worked across the defence, aerospace, and medtech industries, where he has commercialised advanced software and AI technologies.
His task now will be to oversee the continued rollout of AM Explorer, while expanding its presence across sectors like aerospace, defence, automotive, energy, and medical technology.
“Jonas brings commercial experience from industries that are highly relevant to Interspectral and our customers,” said Staffan Truvé, Chairman of the Board of Interspectral. “He understands both the technology and the challenges of deploying advanced software in demanding industrial environments. We believe he has the right background to lead Interspectral as we expand the reach of AM Explorer.”
“Our priority is clear: to create measurable value for our customers and increase the adoption of AM Explorer,” added Hurtig. “My focus will be on staying close to our customers, strengthening our collaboration with leading machine manufacturers, and ensuring that we execute with speed and focus.”
