Beginning: in 1994 we settled the first AM company in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland to serve the customers with the AM parts. Installed the first 3D printers (3D Systems’ SLA-250 and SLA-3500) at the end of 90th. Together with the printers we’ve got bigger experiences with vacuum casting and CNC milling.
Automotive: we became the main supplier in the prototype unit of Skoda in several areas with the AM and CNC technologies providing parts with final painting and/or metalizing surfaces. Our speciality are front and rear lights including multi-colour ones. Production of multi-material air condition canals (hard & soft) is also the niche area.
AM: beside SLA technique we have HP MJF 5200 (grey parts) and HP MJF 580 (white and color parts), FDM Stratasys F370 machine and (not only) for medical area Stratasys J750 machine. With the HP MJF 5200 we’re going to the mass production area.
Vacuum Casting: vacuum chamber of the internal dimensions of 1600x600x600 mm is used to cast PU parts (including big parts for automotive and wind turbines). The parts can be combined from several materials as well as from several colored clear PU (car lights and lenses). Using synergy of vacuum casting and CNC milling allow us to make precious complex parts. CNC milling and 3D printing are also used to make the inserts to the molds which improve the parts in both the quality and precision.
CNC Milling: we’re using 2 large 5-axis and 4 3-axis CNC milling machine to make parts, molds, maquets and jigs from PU boards various density and AL alloys – even hardened ones.
Wax patterns: we’re making the wax parts for investment casting casted in our smaller vacuum chamber with the cooling driven to eliminate the part distortion. Special designed molds allow us to speed up the casting process.
Medical branch: since 1998 we’re on the medical market with instrumentations, orthotics, and models for surgery preparation.
CMM: using Romer Measuring Arm together with the CMM software we do the part verification (using probe and scanning) and Reverse Engineering.
