Bond3D was founded in December 2014 and is based in Enschede (the Netherlands). Bond3D is active in the additive manufacturing (AM) industry and has invented and developed a revolutionary technology for printing special high- performance plastics.
With a team of over 70 professionals in competencies spanning in sales and marketing, engineering, application development, production, and logistics we are continuing the development of our technology to produce end-to-end parts.
Bond3D unlocked the challenges of combining high-performance polymers and 3D printing by adapting the print process to the material instead of manipulating the material to make it printable. With this adaption, Bond3D solves a general manufacturing problem that the production of small series or unique products is expensive and time-consuming. But Bond3D is also able to print strong and leak-tight functional products suitable for critical applications in medical, aerospace, energy, manufacturing, automotive and the electronics industry.
To realize our ambitions, we are taking an integral multi-disciplinary approach to continueing the development of our technology. By developing our own software (slicer, simulation), manufacturing our own hardware and engineering the perfect process we can print perfect PEEK parts.
While Bond3D’s initital focus is on the high-performance polymer PEEK, the technology can be rapidly applied to other HPP using straightforward process engineering.
