Massivit 3D Printing Technologies Ltd. is a leading provider of large-scale 3D printing systems for Automotive, Marine, Rail, and Scenic Fabrication. Massivit 3D’s Gel Dispensing Printing (GDP) technology enables large custom parts to be produced within hours, instead of days. The company provides its customers with end-to-end services.
Transforming Manufacturing of Large Parts with the Massivit 5000
The Massivit 5000 is an industrial-grade, large-scale 3D printer that empowers manufacturers and service providers to produce large parts, prototypes, and molds within hours, instead of days.
Leveraging Massivit 3D’s unique Gel Dispensing Printing (GDP) technology, the Massivit 5000 is designed to respond to the Industry 4.0 requirements for a range of industries: Automotive, Marine, Rail, Scenic Fabrication, and Education & Research.
Offering 30 times the speed of other 3D printers, the Massivit 5000 enables production of full-scale custom parts at unprecedented speed.
The Massivit 5000, launched in Q2 2021, is the latest of the company’s large-scale 3D printers to be brought to market. It offers a range of new features, new material, and resolutions to achieve high-definition, model fidelity, and even more efficient workflows.
Digitalizing Tooling for Composites Manufacturing with the Massivit 10000
The Massivit 10000 is designed to overcome the bottle necks of composites tooling with advanced thermoset additive manufacturing.
Based on the Massivit 3D’s proprietary Cast-In-Motion (CIM) technology, the Massivit 10000 has been developed to shorten mold production time for composites manufacturing by up to 80% – from weeks to just days – across a range of industries including automotive, marine, rail, energy, and construction. It has been designed to replace existing tooling methods that are slow, expensive, wasteful, and require extensive manual skilled labor.
Leveraging advanced dual-component, thermoset materials, the Massivit 10000 enables direct casting of a mold (“direct female”), thereby eliminating the need to produce an initial master, and shortening conventional molding workflows from 19 steps down to just four. Massivit 3D’s Cast-In-Motion process is more sustainable than existing tooling methods largely because it minimizes material waste at several different stages. The company is seeking participants for its VIP Beta phase, commencing in Q4, 2021. For more information, contact us at info@massivit.com.
