Currently Sodick offers two lines of 3D metal printers and an additive parts laboratory which allows customers to print parts prior to the purchase of a 3D Metal Printer. Our OPM series is a hybrid 3D metal printer with fully integrated milling capabilities. This metal powder bed fusion printer offers customers to limit their processes by combining the ability of two different machine tools. Sodick’s latest series of 3D Metal printers, the LPMS series is the next generation of its predecessor the LPM series. This 3D metal printer comes equipped with a material recycling system which can be swapped out in a matter of hours. This allows operators to print with different metals within a matter of hours. Equipped with a shaper tool for the creation of reference surfaces and stress relief technology the LPMS series provides a powerful solution for high quality parts. Dual and quad lasers are also available with the LPMS Series.
