Roboze has raised $10 million from several of its existing and new investors to support its US expansion and service to aerospace, defence, and energy customers.
Rialto Ventures (which led Roboze's Series A round), Club degli Investitori, and a broader international investor group were among the investors that provided Roboze with new financial backing.
The financing will accelerate three priorities. First, it will support Roboze's plans to expand manufacturing capabilities for qualified end-use components as customers move from prototyping toward serial and distributed production. Second, it will allow the company to hire across engineering, materials science, manufacturing, artificial intelligence, commercial operations and defence programs, with a particular focus on expanding its US organisation. And third, it will help the company advance beyond its established high-performance polymers and composites portfolio into new material classes and production architectures, including ceramic matrix composites (CMCs) and stealth-related materials for future aerospace and defence platforms.
“Roboze represents exactly the type of European technology company we believe can become a global category leader. The company combines deep materials science, industrial hardware and Physical AI with a market that is becoming strategically critical. What Roboze is building goes well beyond additive manufacturing: it is a new layer of industrial infrastructure. We are excited to continue supporting its global expansion,” said Simone Brunozzi, General Partner and Founding Partner at Rialto Ventures.
“Roboze is addressing a fundamental challenge for advanced industries: how to make production of critical components more resilient, flexible and scalable. Its combination of proprietary technology, advanced materials and software-defined manufacturing offers a compelling platform for international growth. We are pleased to support Alessio as he expands Roboze’s industrial footprint in the United States and beyond,” added Alessandro Piol, Senior Member at Club degli Investitori.
“Manufacturing is a strategic capability. Our mission is to give aerospace, defence and energy companies the ability to produce critical components with greater speed, control and resilience. This investment supports our commitment to building that capability at scale in the United States and across allied industrial ecosystems,” offered Alessio Lorusso, Founder and CEO of Roboze.
