The stereo composite film is designed to be stronger and durable, guaranteeing a quick, speedy, and hassle-free workflow. Every single vat film can last up to 55 litres resin.
With the advanced light engine, NBEE boosts the light uniformity up to 95% to showcase impressive accuracy of 50μm XY resolution and a generous build volume. NBEE’s aim is to achieve stunning and crisp details in prints and higher work efficiency to defeat almost all other competitors which cannot match the needs of high precision and large build volume.
In addition, NBEE is characterised by a temperature control system to maximise the operation efficiency and sustain the optimal temperature for the resin. Another upgrade to be noted is that UNIZ extends the lifespan of NBEE’s screen up to 5,000 hours, thanks to the high-performance air-cooling system.
Elsewhere, UNIZ has developed its FDA-certified dental exclusive material portfolio, dental series, which comprehensively covers most dental scenarios.
The software engineering team at UNIZ is also preparing UNIZ Dental, a powerful 3D printing slicer which features one click layout and print, easy model editing tools and model hollowing.
