EnvisionTEC Vector 3SP
EnvisionTEC, a leading global manufacturer of professional grade 3D printers and materials, will be unveiling its newest 3D printing solution, the Vector 3SP, at formnext powered by tct.
Set to be unveiled today at the event in Frankfurt, the Vector 3SP joins EnvisionTEC's line-up of industrial 3D printers and is aimed at filling the niche between the entry level ULTRA 3SP series and the large-frame family of Xtreme 3SP and the Xede 3SP models.
The Vector 3SP includes a newly introduced single-frame design and a 15" touchscreen monitor on a swing arm to control the built-in, stand-alone PC. All of EnvisionTEC's current 3SP materials have been approved for use on the new machine which has also been equipped with a blade system that will open up new material options in the future. With a build envelope that is 29% larger than the ULTRA 3SP, the Vector 3SP also gains additional speed capabilities that make it an attractive solution for a wide variety of manufacturing applications.
EnvisionTEC CEO Al Siblani, commented: "We are pleased to present the Vector 3SP as an enhanced 3D printing solution for professional and industrial use. This new release reinforces EnvisionTEC's dedication to providing the industry with constant innovation in additive manufacturing. The Vector 3SP is capable of producing functional end-use parts with the exceptional surface finish we are known for with even greater speed than we have offered in the past.”
The Vector 3SP is EnvisionTEC's second machine launch this month following on from the recently announced Perfactory Vida Hi-Res 3D printer aimed at the dental market. During the show, the company will also showcase products from each of its 3D printing technology groups and several new material choices aimed at crucial industrial applications such as moulding, industrial wax patterns and direct manufacturing.
Visitors can find out more about the new machine on stand E80 in Hall 3.1 at formnext powered by tct in Frankfurt, Germany on 17th-20th November.
