MakieLab have announced today on their blog that they are adding 'awesome summer swag' to their Makie range.
Makies are 10'' poseable action dolls with faces and features designed by you. Once you have finished creating your doll, MakieLab manufacture your exact figure (including clothing and hairstyle) and send it directly to you.
Makies are created by a 3D printing technique using powdered plastic instead of ink on paper. A fine laser then melts the powder into a shape defining the delicate features that your doll has.
Due to a lot of requests for new hands on their forum, MakieLab decided to design a couple of new models for you to try out. Take a look and check back in next Thursday for more wonderful creations/ideas. Also, keep your eyes wide open for exciting and brightly coloured shoes that your Makie will want to get their hands on.
