CyberGage360 3D scanning and inspection system
CyberOptics’ subsidiary and provider of ultra-precise 3D scanning systems and services, Laser Design, Inc., will demonstrate the automated CyberGage360 3D scanning and inspection system at TCT show later this month.
Exhibiting on booth A49, Laser Design joins a host of companies in the 3D technologies industry from additive manufacturing leaders to metrology specialists who are gearing up to showcase their latest product developments at the NEC, Birmingham on 26-28th September.
First launched at RAPID in 2016, the CyberGage360 incorporates CyberOptics’ proprietary 3D Multi-Reflection Suppression (MRS) technology to deliver fast inspection of in-process and incoming/outgoing parts with little training allowing anyone to check parts for any deviation from CAD or check critical features.
“CyberGage360 brings an unprecedented combination of speed, accuracy and one-button simplicity for non-contact 3D scanning inspection,” C. Martin Schuster, President and CEO of Laser Design explained. “Our customers appreciate the significant value of a streamlined process that takes seconds rather than hours or days.”
Designed for use in general purpose metrology, the CyberGage360 is designed to lower customer costs of quality control and increase speed of getting products to market. The system is ideal for a range of inspection and reverse engineering applications in consumer electronics, medical, automotive and aerospace industries where high accuracy and speed throughput are vital.
