3D-printed map models are being used as a learning tool to teach visually impaired students after a two-year research project. Joan Horvath and Rich Cameron spearheaded the project which focused on a school with a number of blind pupils. more

Dtto, a 3D-printed modular robot, was this week named the winner of the 2016 Hackaday Prize. In addition to the prestigious award, Dtto will receive the grand prize of $150,000 and a residency at the Supplyframe Design Lab in Pasadena, CA. more
