Professional 3D printing solutions manufacturer, B9Creations has released a 3D printer engineered to be the new industry leader in production, speed and simplicity.
The B9 Core Series was launched today on the company’s website and follows on from B9Creations’ flagship 3D printer, the B9Creator.
Combining an industrial HD LED light engine with patented and patent-pending technology, the B9 Core Series prints up to four times faster than machines that cost three times as much. B9Creations has been able to bring this quick print speed, without sacrificing the machine’s most intricate design details. With the B9 Core Series, the global leader in high-res 3D printing proudly pronounce design iterations can be brought to life over lunch, not overnight.
Comprising of the B9 Core 530, which boasts 30 μ resolution, and the B9 Core 550, which boasts 50 μ resolution, the printers simplify the printing process by incorporating a new user interface and eliminating the complexities of alignments, calibrations and tuning. Additionally, Wi-Fi, Ethernet and USB connectivity make the B9 Core Series scalable for high volume applications.
“Thousands of businesses told us the felt stuck choosing between low-cost technology that was and labour-intensive or easier to use technology that cost a fortune to own and operate,” said Shon Anderson, B9Creations CEO. “Their feedback motivated us to create the new B9 Core Series, offering a combination of resolution, speed and first-class user experience, never-before found at this price.”
B9Creations lives out this commitment by keeping operating costs low, including software with the machine, not requiring maintenance contracts, and including factory start-up assistance with every Core Series sold.
Mike Joyce, the B9Creations Founder and CTO, began developing 3D printing solutions in 2011. With a background in technology development, Joyce was able to develop multiple patented and patent-pending innovations, providing platforms for what would become the B9Creator. The first of two Kickstarter campaigns raised over $510,000 to mass produce the B9Creator, which were delivered to backers on schedule.
In 2014, Joyce moved B9Creations into its own facility with more than 4,000 square feet for production, research & development, marketing and customer support. Now a profitable and growing company, B9Creations is hoping to reach new levels with its latest 3D printing solution.
“The look is new and the company has grown, (but) our passion remains the same – making high-resolution 3D printing technology work for your business,” said Joyce.
