BEETHEFIRST 3D Printer
BEEVERYCREATIVE received a lot of attention last year for its sleek and portable BEETHEFIRST 3D printer. Now, after listening to reviews from users over the last year, the Portuguese company has made some considerable changes to the popular printer, starting by slashing its price down to 1,299 EUR + VAT, much lower that its original shipping price of 1,800 EUR.
One of the big areas of debate amongst members of the 3D printing community is the use of proprietary materials. Though citing usability and print quality as reasons for enforcing users to use its BEESUPPLIES range of filament, the company has re-defined its policy and now allows users to print with whatever PLA filament they choose without it voiding the warranty. Now should anything go wrong, customers will be able to use a Maintenance Kit and interactive troubleshooting guide to solve their issues with ease.
In addition to this, BEEVERYCREATIVE is positioning itself in the education market. Partnering with fellow Portuguese company NAUTILUS who provide technology solutions to the education sector, BEEVERYCREATIVE is now offering a version of its 3D printer for schools which will soon be available to all distributors and resellers.
The move also marks the start of a collaboration with Manchester based design and technology teacher and founder of 3dfilemarket.com, Philip Cotton.
Along with collaborations like this, BEEVERYCREATIVE continues to expand its hive and its latest partnership comes in the form of UK based 3D printer reseller, CREAT3D who will begin selling the machine in its extensive desktop 3D printing range.
