Farsoon Technologies is set to expand global distribution of its additive manufacturing systems in a new partnership between Varia 3D and Dinsmore & Associates that will facilitate the growth of its presence in the North American market.
Varia 3D is the exclusive distributor for Farsoon Technologies equipment and materials for North America. All selective laser sintering machines from Farsoon are open platform with no restrictions available in many configurations for speed and value.
Based in southern California, Dinsmore and Associates is a customer focused full service provider of 3D printed parts and processes for prototyping and manufacturing across a wide number of industries and applications. The partnership now means customers can use Farsoon or 3rd-Party materials including Varia 3D’s own Sintergy branded portfolio to increase their additive manufacturing capabilities.
“After a very successful exhibition at AMUG this year, interest in Farsoon selective laser sintering systems is enormous,” says Varia 3D’s President and Co-Founder Brian Bauman. “In order to meet our customer opportunities we are pleased to have Dinsmore and Associates as our first solutions partner,” Brian continued. Farsoon Technologies was founded by industry veteran and selective laser sintering expert Dr. Xiaoshu Xu in 2009. Located in Changsha, China Farsoon is the only company to manufacture and develop equipment and materials for selective laser sintering at one location.
