Online electronics retailer, Monoprice has announced an expansion of its best-selling 3D printer line from CES 2017.
The range now includes an entry-level, Wi-Fi compatible printer, a commercial printer for rapid prototyping, its first SLA resin professional printer and an upgraded Maker Select Plus. Monoprice, a 3D printing global market leader, is recognised by the industry for driving down high costs, working to improve ease of use and offering more solutions for the professional market.

The company’s new lowest-cost printer, the MP Delta Mini, is a Wi-Fi enabled printer ready to print out of the box. Creating high-quality prints at a retail price of $149.99, the printer is perfect for beginners. Monoprice’s best-selling entry level printer, the Select Mini v2, features community inspired upgrades at the same everyday low price ($199.99). The MP 3 Series Commercial 3D printer, retailing at $799.99, is ideal for industrial and commercial rapid prototyping. A 3MM professional 3D printer, the MP 3 features a full enclosure, the latest FDM technology, and a massive build volume of 400MM x 400MM.
Meanwhile, the most expensive product of Monoprice’s new line is the MP Maker Prism Professional SLA Resin Printer. Retailing at $3,499.00, the Maker Prism Professional is the company’s first SLA resin printer. A professional quality solution, it is capable of a 0.03 micron layer resolution which is perfect for creating prototypes, jewellery and dental products requiring high accuracy.
In addition to the new line of 3D printing technology, Monoprice has also launched a new home appliance product category, comprised of blenders and popular cookware. These offerings, along with the new range of 3D printers and new cable and audio technologies, are on display at CES 2017.
