
Roboze One Beltless System

Italian rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing business, Roboze has launched a reinforced version of its Roboze One 3D printer.
The updated printer features empowered motors, a new stainless steel extruder, wider versatility of materials, and reaches 25 microns.

With the updated features, building on an already-effective solution, Roboze has fulfilled its commitment to deliver high accuracy. Thanks to its Beltless System patent, and the new machine’s ability to reach 25 microns, Roboze is confident of the advantages its Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) device brings.
The Roboze One’s new extruder was designed and developed independently in-house. Made completely from stainless steel, the extruder reaches up to 300 degrees Celsius, meaning Roboze has been able to expand the range of compatible techno-polymers. These materials, which included ULTRA, STRONG, and FLEX e FUNCTIONAL, have been joined by several additional polymers. Among these is Carbon PA, Nylon 6, ASA, PC-ABS, ABS-HD, and ABS-ESD.

Roboze One Extruder
Made completely from stainless steel, the new extruder reaches up to 300 degrees Celsius, meaning Roboze has been able to expand the range of compatible techno-polymers.
Carbon PA is an engineered polymer Roboze customers, with a polyamide base, 20% reinforced with carbon fibre. Nylon 6 is a polyamide with high mechanical resistance, typically used to print components in the field of metalworking. ASA, used primarily for automotive parts and outdoor applications, has high resistance to weather, UV rays, yellowing and ageing. Mixing PC mechanical properties and ABS high workability, PC-ABS makes printed parts not only perfectly defined but also with great surface finishing, according to Roboze. ABS-HD combines ABS mechanical properties with a strong level of superficiality, and is used for post-production operations. Meanwhile, ABS-ESD, an advanced polymer with ABS base modified according to a proprietary formulation with carbon nanotubes and process/ loss modifiers, perfect for measurement and survey applications, HDD components, envelopes and connectors.
In addition to the increased performance capacity of the new Roboze One, the company also believes the machine is more user-friendly, thanks in part to the inclusion of the 3.5-inch touch screen colour display. Up to eight times more accurate and with fewer vibrations, the updated machine outputs significantly less noise. Roboze consider the machine to be the perfect solution for the working environment. The new Roboze One also boasts emergency sensors and buttons, an empowered ventilation system, which assures great workability with minimal noise, external SD card input and USB port.
The updated Roboze One will be shown to the public for the first time at Rapid + TCT, in Pittsburg from May 8th to May 11th, at booth 850.
