Guyson TCT 2014
TCT + Personalize is pleased to announce leading industrial finishing equipment manufacturer, Guyson International, will be exhibiting blast finishing, spray wash and ultrasonic cleaning equipment from their manual blast cabinet ranges at this year’s TCT Show + Personalize.
First up is the F4100 from the Formula blast cabinet range, which can be used for finishing SLS prototypes, smoothing step lines and creating surfaces for painting on products created by 3D printing, rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing.
Team Guyson, made up of several Guyson sales engineers, will also show the Guyson Euroblast 45F blast cabinet, a versatile, industrial blast cabinet designed for frequent usage for surface preparation before painting or adding a cosmetic finish to 3D printed components.
Also on show will the Guyson Pencil Blaster, a compact pressure fed, micro blast system used for cleaning or spot blasting delicate and intricate components using a fine, micro nozzle. The Pencil Blaster can be used as a free-standing unit or supplied with new standard Formula or Euroblast cabinets.
In addition to this, Guyson will be exhibiting equipment from their ‘Kerry’ branded ultrasonic cleaning ranges. On display will be a selection of Pulsatron KC and MKC bench-top ultrasonic cleaning baths and a KS525 ultrasonic cleaning tank. The KS525 comprises six standard cleaning sizes ranging from 21 to a colossal 275 litres.
What’s more is prospective users of Guyson equipment are encouraged to submit sample components to the company’s development workshop in Skipton, North Yorkshire, for free feasibility testing.
The TCT Show + Personalize 2014 is set to be bigger than ever and will feature some of the leading names in 3D printing across 3 days from September 30th to October 2nd at the NEC, Birmingham. Attendees can find Guyson International at stand no. J26.
