Colorfabb team up with 3D Hubs
Next to the conference arena at the back of Hall 3A at the NEC you'll see two companies standing side-by-side in more ways than one.
3D Hubs, on of the largest community of connected makers, and colorFabb, the popular innovative Dutch 3D printing filament manufacturers have teamed up to offer the 3D Hubs community discounted rates and opportunities to test new products such as the newly launched colorFabb XT-copolyester, made with Eastman Amphora 3D Polymer, to a user group that really needs functional performance materials.
"We’re very excited to announce a partnership between 3D Hubs and colorFabb, providing materials to the worlds biggest online platform of 3d printer owners. We believe in the vision of 3D Hubs and are thrilled about a future in which manufacturing is local and decentralised. Makers will need materials that perform and we’re glad to provide this service through the 3D Hubs platform." - said a colorFabb representative of the announcement
The announcement was made at a 3D Hubs Maker Meetup held concurrently at the TCT Show last night, with a strong crowd of makers getting chance to meet up and talk to some of the 50 3D printing manufacturers after the show was closed.
